Honglin Zhao , Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer

Mr Zhao is a former Director of Shagang International (Australia) Pty Ltd, former Director and General Manager of Shagang (Australia) Pty Ltd, and former Director of Jiangsu Shagang Group, ultimate shareholder of Shagang International Holdings Limited and China's largest private steel company.

Mr Zhao has over 40 years' experience in the industry and was previously the Commander of Project Development Headquarters with Shagang. Mr Zhao has extensive project management and implementation experience and expertise.

Steven Phan , Chief Financial Officer

Steven was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Grange Resources in April 2016. Prior to joining Grange Resources, Steven was Chief Financial Officer of Norton Gold Fields Limited since 2012 where he was responsible for executing Norton's financial strategy, working with Norton's Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

During his time with Norton, he successfully managed the company's gold price-risk strategy in a declining gold price environment and was actively involved with the company's cost reduction initiatives and corporate transactions. He comes with 15 years of experience in financial management, reporting, valuation and advisory for Canadian, Chinese and Australian publicly listed corporations, particularly in the mining sector.

Earlier in his career, he held positions with Eldorado Gold Corporation and professional services firms Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and KPMG. Steven graduated from Simon Fraser University in Canada with a Bachelor in Business Administration and trained as a Chartered Accountant.

Ben Maynard , Chief Operating Officer

Ben joined Grange Resources in 2009 and has worked with the Savage River operation for over 20 years. His extensive experience with the operation covers professional expertise and management responsibilities in geology, information technology, business improvement and technical services.

In his current role of General Manager Operations, Ben leads operational teams to develop business plans & deliver safe and sustainable production. He is also a Director and President of the Tasmanian Minerals, Manufacturing and Energy Council.

Ben is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a graduate of the Tasmanian Leaders Program. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the University of Tasmania and a Graduate Diploma in Computing.
