Russell Clark (Managing Director)
Russell was appointed Managing Director of Grange Resources Limited on 6 March 2008. He was previously the Regional Group Executive of Newmont Asia Pacific providing management oversight of its Australian and New Zealand gold mining operations. Mr. Clark holds a Mining Engineering degree from the Royal School of Mines, London, UK and a Graduate Diploma from the Securities Institute of Australia. Prior to joining Grange, Mr Clark worked for Renison Goldfields for over 18 years and with Newmont for 8½ years. He has over 30 years of mining experience in Africa, Papua New Guinea, the USA and throughout Australia, in technical, project management, general management and executive positions.

He is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a member of the Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a Chartered Engineer, an Associate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Associate of the Royal School of Mines, London, UK.

Wayne Bould (Chief Operating Officer)
Wayne joined the Grange Resources Executive team in May 2008. He was previously Director, Business Excellence for Newmont Mining Corporation’s global business operations. In his role, Wayne worked with members of the Global, Regional, and Site Management Teams to facilitate the development and execution of Newmont’s business excellence strategies. Wayne began his career with Newmont as a Senior Regional Manager within Asia Pacific operations, assisting in establishing disciplined and standardized management processes in the operational and functional areas. Prior to joining Newmont, he had considerable experience as a senior manager in management consulting, in the downstream oil industry with Shell Australian Ltd, and in the manufacture and distribution of timber products.

Stacey Apostolou B Bus, CPA (Company Secretary)
Stacey Apostolou has previously acted as finance director to two ASX/AIM listed companies and has held company secretarial roles for publicly listed companies within the mining and exploration industry. Ms Apostolou has been responsible for the corporate, treasury, finance, accounting and administration functions for these companies and has over 20 years relevant industry experience.

Mandy Brown (General Counsel)

Mandy is a barrister and solicitor admitted to practice in the States of Western Australia, South Australia, the Federal Court and the High Court of Australia. She has over 11 years experience in the law, commencing work as an Associate to the Honorable Justice Matheson in the Supreme Court of South Australia, followed by 7 years at Fisher Jeffries in Adelaide then 3 years at Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Perth before joining Grange Resources in October 2008. She has broad ranging experience primarily in dispute resolution involving large and complex contractual disputes, audit negligence, compliance, insolvency, banking disputes and construction.

Ross Carpenter (General Manager - Mining and Projects)
Ross joined Grange Resources on 2 January 2009. Previously he was the General Manager – Projects of Australian Bulk Minerals (ABM) having joined the Savage River Project in 2004. He has worked for Newmont Gold (USA), WMC Resources, Striker Resources, Selwyn Mines and Ivanhoe Mines. He has 31 years of professional experience as a Manager and Mining Engineer in copper, gold, nickel diamonds and iron ore in both underground and open pit mining as well as extensive experience in major mine constructions, technical management, feasibility and strategic planning. Ross holds a First Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency in both WA and Queensland and is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
